I help clients understand their users by translating people’s behaviors and stories into strategic recommendations that create useful and intuitive products.
I believe it’s important to ask the right questions. Over 10 my year research career I have applied qualitative techniques and lenses from Anthropology, Market Research, Systems Thinking, User Experience and UX and to explore the ‘why’ behind complex problems.
